We’re a small company that ships out of the US and unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to ship orders to our Canadian customers. If you have a Canadian mailing address and would like a shipping quote, please email us at customer [email protected] with the items you are interested in and your postal code. We will then respond with a shipping quote. If you decide to proceed with the order, we’ll email you an invoice that can be paid through the Rum Therapy shopping cart.
Two things to remember if you’d like to place an international order – PLEASE READ:
1. Tax is charged on incoming merchandise in Canada, so be sure to check the tax rate.
2. Once the order is shipped and has a tracking number, we cannot guarantee delivery. USPS does not guarantee a package once it leaves the US, so we are unable to reroute a package that gets off course, although we will file a claim with USPS. We cannot re-ship an order unless it is re-paid. If you’d like us to quote any insurance available on the USPS International rate, please let us know prior to placing the order. We’ve shipped thousands of packages to Canada and only one has been permanently lost, so your package will most likely arrive without a problem!
