Rum Therapy orders usually ship from the warehouse within 2 – 4 business days. If it will be longer than that, we will notify the customer via email. Once the order ships, the customer should receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on package weight and delivery location. USPS Priority or First Class Mail will be used based on weight and customer selection.
International shipping rates cannot be determined online at this time. Please contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to place international orders.

Rum Therapy has a 30-day return policy. If you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know what you would like to return and the reason you would like to return it. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit you for the purchase price, exchange your item or issue store credit. You may return an item up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returns requested after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are final sale meaning they are non-returnable for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions. Items that fall under this category typically include clearance items.
