St. Patrick’s Day Drinks

Not a big fan of green beer? Could you use a recipe for a green rum drink for St. Patrick’s Day this year? We’ve assembled three great tasting rum recipes sure to add a little touch O’ the green to your celebration.

Tropical Leprechaun
(makes one)

2 oz. Coconut Rum
.5 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
Pineapple Juice

Using a rocks glass full of ice, pour in the rum and Blue Curacao, then top it off with pineapple juice. Stir the top slightly, leaving the blue on the bottom of the glass – until the drink turns green.

St. Patrick’s Punch
(makes one)

1.5 oz. gold rum
.5 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
Orange Juice

In a rocks glass over ice, pour the rum and Blue Curacao Liqueur. Top it off with orange juice and stir slightly. Garnish with a slice of orange if you’d like!

Frosty O’Malley
(Makes 4)

6 oz. white rum
1/4 c. canned frozen lemonade
1/4 c. canned frozen limeade
1/2 c. lemon lime soda
2 c. lime sherbet

Add all ingredients to a blender, add ice, blend until thick and frosty. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, or perhaps a four-leaf clover??
