Cool and refreshing – just perfect as the days get longer and warmer.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse
- 3/4 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
- 3 1/2 oz. Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients over ice and pour into a tall glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
