Hot Buttered Rum

A tasty and warming treat on ultra-cold winter days.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Aged or Dark Rum (we used Cruzan Blackstrap)
  • 1 Tbs. Honey
  • 1 Tbs. Butter
  • Hot Water

Instructions

  • Put rum and honey in a mug.
  • Fill with hot water and float the butter on top.
  • Stir gently as butter melts.
  • Use a cinnamon stick or nutmeg for a delicious garnish.
