Pour the gelatin into a medium bowl with 1 c. boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
Add the Strawberry Banana Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Pour in 1 c. of banana rum.
Spray the shell molds lightly with a cooking spray. Using a small measuring cup, fill each shell mold with the mixture.
Put the mold in the refrigerator until the shells become firm. The firmer they are, the easier they will come out of the mold.
Turn the mold over and gently squeeze each shell out onto a plate.
