Winter Marque Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Marque Reserve Rum
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup (simmered with spices)
  • Orange Peel and Cinnamon Stick for Garnish

Instructions

  • Make the simple syrup by lightly warming equal parts of water and sugar with small amounts of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and cardamon. Let cool.
  • Mix the rum, bitters and simple syrup and pour over ice in a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with orange peel and/or a cinnamon stick.
