Warm Rum Mocha

Ingredients

c.
Whole Milk
2
oz.
Dark Chocolate Syrup
3
oz.
Aged Rum
(we used Mount Gay Eclipse)
1
oz.
Kahlua
1
oz.
Amaretto
6
oz.
Espresso or very strong coffee
Whipped Cream
Ground Nutmeg
(could also sprinkle with cinnamon)
Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
Pour milk and chocolate into a
saucepan
and warm over low heat stirring frequently.
Once warm, add rum, Kahlua, Amaretto and coffee and stir until very warm.
Pour into a
mug
, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if you wish.
