Rum & Mango Salsa

Ingredients

Mangoes
(cubed)

Red Bell Pepper
(chopped)

Red Onion
(chopped)

Jalapeño
(seeded and minced)

tbsp
Cilantro
(chopped)

tbsp
Aged Rum
(Be sure to use an aged rum that you enjoy the taste of - spiced rum not recommended)

Lime
(juiced)
Instructions
Add mangoes and rum to a
medium bowl
. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Stir in the peppers, onion, cilantro and jalapeño and mix well.
Sprinkle with the lime juice and mix.
Serve with tortilla chips or with chicken or fish.
